You may not post-process your entry from or to include elements of multiple images, multiple exposures, (emphasis mine)

Does this mean we cannot TAKE multiple exposures?

You can if the camera automatically layers the multiple exposure. You can not layer multiple exposures in photoshop for challenge entries.
