ROFL! We did that in NJ too! And the funny thing was, no one thought to stop us! |
Yup, near my house in Illinois they used to fog the fields with a toxic cloud-dispensing tractor, we loved to chase after it and play in the cloud. |
In Indiana, we used to ride our bikes in the fog cloud behind these trucks until we got dizzy and wrecked...
I was in about 6th grade at the time...

Good luck finding a flu shot for a totally new strain of the virus. |
According to most reports, Tamiflu is extremely effective against this strain. |
Sure, but that's a treatment, not a flu shot. There IS no vaccine for this strain. |

Ewwwww, YUCK!!!!
I love a Pittsburgh rare filet, but the concept of an undercooked pork chop gives me the crawlies!!!

- 6 years old I found out what electricity was
- 7 years old I found out its not good to keep poking your finger in a red or fire ant dirt hill (til this day I avoid them lol I walk around any ant hills I see on the sidewalk)
- doing 70 in a little sports car on the highway and then lost control doing a couple of 360's and opening my eyes I ended up in the grass in the middle of the highways
- ATV (quad) + ramp + dumbass friends + little cliff = FAIL (and a long story)

LOL... Can relate..... I recall to this day sitting over the ant hole whacking them with a hammer as they ran out..... Who knew but apparently there is more then one hole they come out of :-/
As for the second... well... You just gota keep your eyes open.... The view is better :-0) Speaking of cars... When you get 4 wheels off the ground - not those times when it feels like it but the real deal times like say a road that goes over an gas pipeline; not reason for saying that just an example ;-) - you know RIGHT away... this jumping cars in the movie stuff is just wrong... It just is... trust me here okay, the car does NOT float or skim and just when you hit the road with the largest impact you can imagine things get interesting :-0/ Now days - the air bags would blow.... btw.. No the brakes do NOT function nor does the steering :-( |

saw this on the news last night. Joe Leiberman told us that the government has taken some proactive measures to stock up on the vaccine for the swine flu. I'd love to know how they could do that Wait a minute...it's a government conspiracy. If they've concocted this strain, they would have the vaccine... it's a plot I tell ya!
ETA: ;) this is, of course, in jest. I don't really think that this is a government conspiracy. They're too busy planning low-flying plane photo-ops!

Lieberman has just mis-spoken or is mis-informed. The Gov't HAS stocked up on treatment courses, and development of a a vaccine effective against this variety is already under way. |

Then you read incorrectly (or the writer was misinformed). Current flu vaccines do NOT target the new strain of swine flu. The UK has over 30 million doses of anti-viral treatments stocked (Tamiflu and Relenza), but those are given in pill or liquid form and they're not vaccines. |

This may be so, but people are using private doctors to get their doses before anything happens. Our Government should be stepping in and stopping this, thereby keeping the stock for those who are infected, rather than just those who can afford it. The rich are alright Jack...sod those with no money, they can fight for the remnants of the stock!!
Typical of the UK, private doctors have reported that senior members of the Government have been to see them for scripts, seems the pigs have got to the trough first as usual and damn the ordinary working people:( |

I think that's part of the driving test in SoCal, isn't it? In fact I'm pretty sure the instructor awards extra points if you do a full 360 and end up parallel parked on the shoulder. :)
