I just came across these kits over at MPEX. I'm fascinated by the concept - the fold flat, take up less space than regular softboxes, and appear to assemble quickly and easily. They appear fairly sound and the price is pretty good. And because they're modular, it's easy to add pieces to the kit, or adapt them into different units.
I'm just afraid that I'd order them and find out that they're flimsy junk... Has anyone used them before?

MPEX is the 'official' Strobist webshop, so I bet it's not crap.
Edit: Looked at them a little closer, and they are pretty small, you'd have to get really close to get super soft shadows.

Yeah, they're not going to be perfect - but they should be better than the huge foamcore DIY softbox I currently have, at least "better" in terms of portability and usability.
Anyone else have $.02 to add? I think I'm about to buy their Prokit Pro Set, and add in the modular parts so I end up with the Prokit 6 Reflector as well. For $150, it seems a pretty good bet. Hopefully MPEX decided to carry it because it really is good stuff.
