Have you ever noticed shapes within your images, either formed by the objects themselves or shadows or something else that are actually recognizable as something?

A friend pointed something out about this image. The shadow on the front tulip looks like a person reading a paper/book.

It looks more like a fetus. The lighting and depth of field is great. What kind of lighting did you use?

Natural light. I will confess that I cloned out the bright window from the top right corner. As I am not very proficient at this yet you may even see remnants of the cloning.

over the past ten or more years i have spent numerous hours in the photo studio (especially before digital) tweaking a set to minimize anything that could easily be seen as something "hidden" in the shadows, or s funny shape or something - especially in food photography...

these days, this sort of occurrence is easily retouched out and minimized

advertising clients do not like this sort of artifact showing up in their advertising photography

It looks like Josef Stalin with a punk hair cut and a hairy back :)

A while ago someone suggested a challenge based on this kind of hidden image.
