Hey.. Ok so I upload my images through the ROES software and some of the pics retain their color just fine in the preview/order your print mode.. but some of them look very washed out and crappy...

Now I tested it out and "saved for web" and checked what that looked like and it kept the colors that way... So.. any clue what I'm doing wrong? I always save sRGB at 8bit... totally lost here. Also, I have calibrated my monitor with one of their recommended software kits.

call WHCC for support. That's what they're there for.

ROES is a web based (java) app - I say web based because it runs in conjunction with their server - so if their server is having issues then so will their ROES. So the only fix is for them to fix it on their server side of things.
