Lol, are you serious?
Ok, I'll take it you are......
My guess would be she's got a neutral under everything, then a charcoal eyeshadow around the outer edges (near the lashes), with a bright green blue eyeshadow brushed diagonally over her eyelids, then darkened with a liquid black eyeliner, starts narrow at the inner corner and widens/deepens as it reaches the outer edge.
What do you think girls, do I have it right?

lol yes I'm dead serious, I've tried to find this for some models before but I haven't been able too. It's not a normal eye shadow or eye liner whatever it's called. If you look closely at it, it's got some sparkles and it's not fully applied.
I want to shoot something like this but I need to know where to find it. |

A lot of cheaper cosmetic brands carry this sparkle shadow, I've also made it myself by using creme shadows and adding glitter in colour of choice which you can buy at any department store and even supermarkets.

Made this one myself with the method I just described.

Google theatre make-up. I've done quite a few images with over-the-top make-up styles and the secrets to all of them are on the professional make-up artists' forums. Many of these effects can be done with ordinary drug store variety make-up. The eye shadow, for example, will go on much more "solid" if you use a wet brush...
