With advice and encouragement from many of you fine folks, I'm getting more adventurous with PS. I took an old picture (low res) and fiddled around with it. I'd love your feedback on the effects I've applied.

| what exactly have you done...your PP notes...to me it looks a little to "blue" might drop the opacity if you are using a Blue Filter...not sure although as you have not notes posted |
