hello everyone!

i am having the same issuse with my xsi.
i have no clue where is this clock battery you guys speak of.
can someone please tell me where is this clock battery located on the xsi?

i have a 450D as well, however I'm lazy. Doing a quick Google search tells me that the backup battery is not meant to be replaced by the user. The main battery could be messed up. Trying to get to the backup could break a warranty seal. This is just what Google tells me.
