I'm flattered! Some actually looked at my entry in 'abstract' and thought it was bogus!
Now if the SC will just get on with the validation....

I just got a comment in the rust-challenge stating my picture was something like "nice, but this is basic editing". How could I tell if it was also suggested for DQ? Would I get a copy of the request?
If my image sends illegal editing signals I want to verify it quickly too. (Actually I don't think it really does, but it might some other time)

You can send an Admin Note by going to your image as if to vote on it (it is on the last page, at the bottom) and clicking the link. Then the info will already be available for the SC if there is a DQ request.
If it does get a DQ request, you will get an email and a note under your image at the side of the home page telling you to submit proof.

Thank you, I found it. It has also been submitted for DQ as I found a red notice next to my picture on "My Home". No email as of yet, but in spam/virus times, these things act like paper mail in delivery speed.
I won't be able to validate it for another 8 hours or so, but I don't think it'll hurt me much, since most of "you guys" are at sleep anyway :-)
