| so i have bought from B&H for a while now as i imagine many of you also have BUT ive never bought from their used store. has anyone had experience with it? ive found a lens that im looking at potentially buying and it is rated 10 (their highest rating) in their used store and i am just trying to determine how legit their rating /used system is. comments? suggestions? |

They're used gear is just as legit as their new stuff. I've ordered from them before, new and used, and wouldn't hesitate to do so again. Plus, if there ever is an issue, their CS is good.

I have bought used from them several times. Only once did I have any kind of issue. The issue was all my part, as it turns out. The lens hood was missing, and was described in the item description. Before I re-read the item, I sent a small gripe about the missing hood. They quickly offered a refund and a shipping label, but nicely pointed out that the hood was listed as missing. Even when I was wrong, they did all they could to make sure that I was satisfied with the item.
