Just for fun, I tried out some Lightroom presets on some old shots I took. I thought this image in particular had an interesting look to it:

Applied a draganize preset and I dodged the person and her sign.

Comments?

You're right Craig - it is a novel approach. But the BG being so bright is hurting the photo, making it difficult to focus on the woman. When the viewer's eye finally wanders downward, the sign comes into play (but still competes with the BG for our attention.) Try swapping the FG & BG exposures, and see what happens?
