actually, i went through life guard training a few years ago. one of exercises was to hold a ten pound weight above water and tread for 5 or 8 minutes or so. i aced it, while the lean little teenagers were struggling. :)
the exercise where we had to swim along the bottom of the pool was a challenge, though.

It took me some time to figure out that 'pulled over' is actually a phrase and what you said is entirely different than what i actually thought. :-D |
