Hi - Question about hooking up a KVM to a monitor using DVI cable...

I've been using a KVM with one side connected to laptop, the other to a PC, with the single monitor using a VGA cable.

Now, I have a new PC using a monitor with a DVI cable. The KVM uses a VGA connector. Can I use this converter and get acceptable results. DVI-F to VGA-M Adapter

Input from both the PC and laptop to the KVM would be using VGA.

Thanks. I need to get one (adapter) ordered soon, hopefully today. :-)

ETA - This is the KVM switch being used.
