This is what happens to the RAW files from my Canon 5D MkII in the program Essential HDR (Wukong). I have the full version of it and I am using Windows Vista 64bit :-(

The program works fine with jpg's and it works fine with the RAW files from my 40D.

I have looked on the Imaging Luminary website, but couldn't find an answer.

Before I email them, I thought I'd check with you guys - I bet someone has the answer already.
I would appreciate some guidance.
Thanks in advance.

Every RAW file format is different. Apparently, they haven't code that one yet. Is it listed as a supported camera?

In any case, I would suggest you send in a support ticket and tell them you need Canon 5D mkII support. They should be able to give you a timeline for an update.

In the meantime, you could convert to TIFF in another program, before bringing it into the eHDR software.

That's right. Essential HDR should have, or should soon have, a "patch" to add 5dMKII to the recognized file types. Write to them.

Ok, thanks Neil and Robert. I shall write to them.
