I just finally got cable, so I was going to download IE7 since it would run, and I saw that there's a pre-release IE8, so I figured why not?

It seems like the display is all 'round cleaner.....which I'm not sure I understand.

It's certainly quicker, and I like it much better.

I am running it kind of by accident and necessity...for some reason my yahoo messanger kept giving me an error and wouldn't display correctly after doing an update. I uninstalled and went back to previous version but it didn't fix the problem. Then as I was doing some looking around I found IE8 and decided to try it since I was already using 7. It fixed the problem and when I rolled back to 7 the problem came back so I just stuck with it.

I haven't played with all the functions yet but I do know I hate that the auto complete because it doesn't work like it used to when typing in a web address. It used to complete the web address right where you were typing and now it shows up below so you have to select it. I tried turing it off and restarting it then turning it back on and nothing helps. I orginally thought this was a very nice option but not now.

Dude!

I love your tagline!

Reminds me of two of my faves....

"Son.....I have a 55 gallon drum and a welder......they'll NEVER find the body."

"I have 46 acres and a backhoe.....do NOT trifle with me!"

My reason for a welder.....8>)

lol very good reason for a welder.

I almost got a shirt that had DADD in big letters on the front then said Dads Against Daughters Dating below it. They had different designs for the backs but my favorite was a silloute of a boy and girl getting ready to kiss but it was like you were looking through a rifle scope pointed at him. lol
