After rebuilding my computer and reinstalling LR 1.4 I have come to find out that I can no longer use my scroll wheel when sifting through my presets. Does anyone know where the setting is that allows you to use your mouse wheel???

There is no setting - I am not sure what version they removed it, but its not there as it was before..

However, help is at hand - if you use your mouse wheel to click on the presets/sliders whatever, then you should be able to use the wheel again. Its an extra click, but you get used to it quickly.

Kind of what Simms already said but I think that you basically are clicked on a different part of Lightroom and you need to click anywhere in the presets section, off to the side a bit and then it allows you to use the mouse again.

okay neither one of these suggestions are working. I don't understand it. I was able to scroll through them with 1.1 one at a time then I upgraded to 1.4 and it started doing 3 at a time, now after my rebuild I can't do it at all.
