Can you add me to expert please? I've been on a bit of a dry spell too. Plus maybe the weather will stop being so darn cold and I'll actually want to go outside and take pictures.

Ya! I'd like to if you'll consider me. I'm not to sure what the rules are.
My conventional challenges are not going to well so maybe this will break me out of my funk. thanks

That side challenge is coming up in April, if you can wait that long ;) But I'm sure no one will say no to pinhole postings from you along the way...

I may be coming to the table late, but if I may, I'd love to be part of this challenge under Expert!

It gives me a chance to try new things even though I'm by no means considering myself at that level. :)

blad I put you in My Way - so just do whatever you want - GRIN!

Side challenges (well the ones I start) have no real rules. It's just a chance to commit to an idea of shooting one type of image for a month and then see how you pull up at the end.

I TRY to submit daily, but think I've only really pulled off 2 or 3 full months so far. Mostly people are prolific early on and then crash towards the middle or end of the month - no matter.

Side Challenges are good for me, because I like to have a daily goal photographically. The 'real' challenges don't always fit my type of photography, so side challenges are my 'home' - SMILE!

Well, I missed the LB SC in January, so maybe I can manage a few lensbaby blurry shots in March. Not got a good track record with SC for 2009, so hopefully I can get myself moving for this one. Definitely won't be one a day, but I will do what I can. Thanks Lisa!

Thanks for the heads-up Lisa I have been having computer problems and have not been able to access the net for 4 whole days- I've ben traumatized! Back on board now. Would love to do something for March ( especially with this great bunch! ) but dont know what....anyone want to hold my hand with blur, would like to give it ago but wouldn't even know where to start!

hey I'll join in - My way please (this is sooooo me!!). I can ditto to what kelli said: dry spell, cold weather that leaves you wanting to stay home under the covers... nothing to ignite the photographic spark! Can't wait to escape to mexico week of March 22nd! Thanks for the opportunity!

I'll throw my lens cap in with the blurry bunch. Was going to say I'd "hang" with them, but there are some very fine blurry experts in this group!

First side challenge "learning experience"
I have taken a lot of blurry photos.
I don't have a lensbaby.
I am not an expert.
Can I play?

Yep. Jump right on in. Seems March has options - Blur (lensbaby, motion blur, intentional lack of focus blur, etc), Expert (expert editing), and My Way (anything you want - select your own theme or project for the month).

I'm in for "My Way". I'm going to be gone for two weeks, but I really want to concentrate on commenting more...I've been in a commenting slump.
