Joe, I just checked and no, I can't see the groups either. That's a bummer, it's a good way to find interesting groups. Hmm.
ETA. It's temporary according to Flickr.

Thanks, I don't know how to get around flickr very well. I think the best thing about flickr is to find interesting photos and photographers and see what groups they are in. I am glad it is coming back. |

| Maybe they will come up with a nice way of browsing for groups instead of having to do a subject search or just stumbling across them. Or, maybe that's already existed and I overlooked it. |
