Can LCD monitors (the ones attached to your computer) get "dead" pixels?

Definately, as can all LCD displays. This is the reason LCD monitors/televisions are expensive many discarded due to dead pixels. |

Hell Yeah!! My 3 month old 20" Apple Cinem Display has one I catch when certain colors are up. Just haven't had a chance to get it replaced (GOTTA HAVE MY DPC!!)

| Worse than dead pixels, at least to me, is when your computer screen burns in images, which in my case is my seti screensaver :( |
