While I was out taking photos for this challenge a friend mentioned to be careful with dramatic borders since calender images were usually border free, however, I didnt agree with him, and now found some proof that a border shouldn't lower the score of your entry. |

I was a little sad, but not totally surprised to get some comments on my entry to this challenge
pointing out that it was not snowy and therefore not giving the right impression of 'February'
Unfortunately as this is an International site we cannot all guarantee to have access to a typically (cliched?!)
Snowy winter scene...
I would ask voters to spare a thought for the international entrants (I'm in the South of the UK) as sometimes challenges can be a little more challenging for us...

It'll be interesting to see what months take top honors when all is said and done.
I've given out four 9's and seven 10's, with February getting the most:
Jan(2), Feb(3), Mar(1), Apr(2), Oct(1), and Nov(2)
Some nice photos this time around! |
