With the constant stream of comments regarding the voting habits of some people vs others and speculation regarding tactical voting, I think it would be quite refreshing if for one week, only SC members were able to vote.
In this way I think that people would feel that no tactical voting was taking place and that all votes be they high or low were deserved.
