Hello All,
About two years ago, almost to the day, I purchased a Kodak DX 3600 Digital Camera. 2.2 Megapixels and 2X optical zoom has kept me satisfied and has been put through shooting almost 7000 photos since.
Recently, the camera has been turning out blurred images with alarming frequency. As I was shooting a setup for a recent 'proportion' shot for the now closed contest, (the deadline for which I missed) the camera turned out three out of six images blurred.
Does anyone have any ideas as to how to keep my poor old DigiCam from blurring? I was considering purchasing a new camera soon, but would like to get another month or two out of this one.
Thanks in advance for any help!

Hello Again All,
Sorry, should have thought of that myself! Rather than clutter up my portfolio with these obvious 'blooper roll' type pics, I have posted them here:

My apologies for the popups and banners.
Thanks again!

d*** pop-ups
it looks like the autofocus just didn't work ... does this camera have a setting where you can allow taking a picture when it has not found focus, which you might have switched on ... they also seem heavily overexposed

Joey,
Your camera is a fixed-focus camera, so autofocus is not your problem. Are most of your blurry shots overexposed?

Hello Terry, and all,
I have many blurred shots, many are in low light conditions, and I don't think the majority of those were over exposed. That particular set was, as the lighting was very harsh in that particular spot that day, it was shortly after noon if I remember right, and the sun was almost directly shining on that spot.
I will try to dig out some other blurry ones, but I don't think its an issue with the lighting, as it has done it before under 'normal' light conditions.
Thanks!

Hello again all,
It seems this has become a null point. My faithful DX 3600's battery door broke today, and although it will stay in place, and with a little tape is almost perfect, BestBuy is advertising a Canon 3.2 Megapixel 3x optical zoom camera that takes the same memory card and batteries. For the price, I think I would be stupid not to buy it!
Thanks very much everyone for your help!
