Jonathan are you gonna make it in time? Ernie, Brad and I have ours in... how about the rest of the gang? Can't wait till midnight!!!!

Keep in mind these ones are not in the DPCO. It does not start until the ones announced at rollover tonight. So apple/pets does not count.

I still think my idea is great, but I took a few test shots and it wasn't as good as I had imagined. I really need to work on my studio work. |

Yes. Week #1 will start tomorrow once the challenge themes have been revealed. Sorry for any confusion.

Jonathan - too bad that it didn't work out. Our house is getting fuller every hour with new toys, old toys... toys that I don't remember buying. Keep tripping and falling over them. My 'portable' studio a.k.a. couple small lights, is tucked away in the boiler room right next to the cat litter :( ... so sometimes getting and setting up the studio exhausts all my energy! By the time you move the toys and bring the stuff out, you realize that you are running late. Not to mention, i'm a newbee when it comes to studio setup ... anyways enough .... is it midnight yet!!!!

Ok .. so I`m still awake ... very awake! I had this gut feel that the challenge this week would be something new (like no repeats from the past)... good and creative ... now time to go to the tranches and think of something ... gas station ... tilted horizon ... arggg ... the madness starts! Good luck everyone!

More than likely set to private AND not put in the group pool. If you have them set as private we can still see them if they are in the pool. :) Why can't it be a group beach instead of pool? or a pub?

Well guys, I may not be in. I have been out twice for several hours specifically looking for something good for Gas Stations and had no luck. Today I drove to Oshawa (3/4 hour drive each way) to go to the Canadian Automobile Museum hoping for some good shots of memorabelia, but got nothing. All the stuff they have in there is crammed in way to tight and it is like a dungeon in there and so obviously anything metal reflects the flash ruining the shot. :(
I am pretty bummed out. Sorry guys. I will do better next week, I promise.

No worries. We have our 6 entries, which is what is most important.
I assumed the photos you uploaded to your flick account were for the "Gas Stations" challenge, which is why I said you were in. |
