I found this simple tip today when searhing for studio lights. Looks like a great idea for amateur photgraphers with limited space or that are simply not willing to spend the bucks on pro lighting. Not sure how well it works, but I'm guessing that a faster lens would be good to freeze the action.

I have been preaching this sentiment since I became a member here.

I have it listed on my profile page.

Home Depot,(any hardware, or lighting store actually), is the poor photographers lighting source.
