I took a picture earlier this morning, and I would like to submit it to the Personality challenge. The submission deadline, which would have passed, has been extended.
Can I still submit it, even though it was not taken in the original challenge time frame? |

I don't think so. Last time this happened, the image still had to be taken during the challenge deadlines.
ETA: Exposure Date: An extra day has been given for you to submit your entry, that must be taken within the submission dates for the challenge.
Submission Deadline: Sunday, January 18th, 2009 (began Jan. 12th 2009)

I don't think so. The extension is just so people could submit. It doesn't extend the shooting time frame.
Check out Langdon's announcement thread. I think he stated it there. |

This is how it reads:
Exposure Date: An extra day has been given for you to submit your entry, that must be taken within the submission dates for the challenge. The submission dates are 12 - 18 January.
