Hi guys and girls,

I was hoping you could share your knowledge and tell me witch books are the best to learn how to shoot the best landscape and portrait photography, also lightning books would be nice:)
If you feel like helping an enthusiast boost his skills please reply :)

For good basic straight forward information, try John Hedgecoe. amazing amount of experience including as a professor at the Royal Academy of Art (he founded the Photography department). He typically includes lessons/projects with which to practice.

I found Scott Kelby's The Digital Photography Book very helpful and humorous.
Including a section on If you want to take a picture like this, you set up your camera like this.
