Hi All,
Please could I ask for feedback on my retouching skills? good bad and darn ugly comments welcome
any help would be appreciated.

On a quick glance, the following points bother me:
1. the pupil of her eye is dead, you should leave a glint (is that a word?) of reflection in it
2. there's a white patch of hair on the left side of her head (right side of photo)
3. the roundness is out of her shoulder (right shoulder, left side of photo)
4. her other arm is too pale (skin overall is a bit pale, also reduces the natural shadows making it seem flat, just like the shoulder)
5. the red on the inside of the hand in her neck is not in touch with her skin tone (isn't in the original, either)

| It looks pretty great! Main thing for me is her eye. She had a lovely catchlight in the original, and I'm not sure why you got rid of it... |

i second the concern about her pupil and that her skin tones look a little weird.
but most of all i'm wondering why you removed that cool industrial looking background, i think it goes nicely with the look of your model...?!
