Contrary to what you might think, I am NOT trying to start a MAC vs PC debate. I honestly want to know is what differences there are running the the same photoshop application on the two platforms. If it is the same software, is there a benefit to one platform over the other?
I have always heard that Macs are better for photo editing, but I really don't understand why.
Thanks. |

I think it's just a clever marketing campaign by MAC.
I have used both platforms, and haven't seen any difference with performance or functionality. |

These days, if the computers are comparably equipped as to RAM, processor speed, and hard drive size/speed, there is probably no perceptible difference, except maybe which key you use for shortcuts.
The Mac monitors may be better than a cheap generic PC monitor. |
