Hi All,
I will soon visit Bangalore and Dubai Airpot and Bangalore - any one been tot these paces and got a good deal on canon stuff?

I've been to Dubai Airport a few times. The duty free shops at the old terminal and the new terminal three have got a nice range of electronics and even some SLR stuff (bodies, lenses, flashes). The prices are more expensive than internet prices, and a bit more expensive than what I would pay in Saudi, so I've never bought anything there. I don't know how they would compare to UK prices.
It's easy enough to shop there - all items are displayed and marked with prices - and there's no bargaining.

Well.....i was their yesterday.......
and its not good at all....
5d Mark I (not II) with 24-105 = $3500
Canon G10 = $750
Same goes for all the prices..
Lenses - few sporadic ones....not all the cheap ones and over priced.
