sorry we have had internet issues.
Well I have 3.5 years in law enforcement the last job being fugitive recovery assistant, and that was.. 6 years ago.. then I went to school and got a degree in social work, but it is just an associets which limits alot.
I have the gift of gab and can get along with just about anyone when it is a work enviornment, other wise I speak my mind :)
I really would love to do something with my degree. I LOVE to help people. and I think it is interesting, I applied to catholic charities, Hope Haven. Raintree Children's' services, and tomorrow I plan to fill a few more out for some hospitals. I had this all planned out till the darn state put a hire freeze Jan 1.. darn state! I was sooo excited about applying for child welfare services too.
I am an extreamly fast learner as long as it is hands on. I've got avg. office equipment skills, give me a machine, and about 10 min and I've got it mastered. ... too bad it's not the same way with a camera.. my typing is 40-70 WPM depending on what it is. and as long as we have spell check I'm good to go! kinda would prefer not to be a sec. unless i in an interesting office.. I just don't do well in the caddy female click group, I'm too open mouth insert foot for working with a lot of females.
We went house hunting today, and fell in love with a house out in Belle Chasse.. yeah I know the west bank.. but ugh this house is so nice, to me anyway, out in Jesuit Bend ( not sure is that is spelled right). then I got home and realized after the net was FINALLY working again that the house is actually in pre foreclosure... I'm not quite sure what that means just yet, but it had the listed price of the house, then what i owed to the bank.. which was like.. a huge difference. so we KNOW we can get them way down on the price.. hopefully.
but were going to look a little more and hopefully it will still be there after another week of looking. any suggestions? we've been to Jesuit bend, plantation Estates, and drove through a few other areas. but am all ears on a neighborhood where my kiddo's can play and be safe. |
