This is as much fun as the Christmas Card Exchange. Well it is if you are a bird watcher.

I put an OLD artificial tree up in my yard, strung it with lights...
and have been putting all my bird seed in the tree.

it is like a live christmas card...the birds all flying in and out amongst the christmas lights....

Here's a shot of my Blue Jay Angel.

I'll upload some more later when I get home....

thats a good idea too....

people should put them up in the yard prior to tossing them to the garbage...

I really hate seeing xmas trees thrown on the side of the road after xmas....
one week it is a marvelous centerpiece in your house the next week its on the garbage heap!

Be careful... bird watching can be very addicting :) I have a bird feeder right outside my window with a one way mirror in place so that they can't see me. Sometimes I watch them all day long.

I knew you did this, I was watching when you were posting all your bird shots...I kinda expected to see you pop into this thread...
