Forget about DPC's "Masters". Use your photo skills to pay homage to a real-life Master of photography.

Kinda like this one from the past... Tribute Challenge
I would like to see portraits only but I'll leave that up to the powers-that-be. A Karsh challenge would be fun, but it would narrow down the choices... |

had a not-so-cheerful memory of this one.
my entry got the original "master" contacting the site to remove his name.
i felt that was uncalled for.
anyway, today i cant even remember what his name was, good riddance!
p/s: anyway, good suggestion, time to find new photographers to admire! |

Good colours and spectacular DOF. I like the way you used the contrast to highlight certain key areas, and I must say, regarding your dodging and burning I am simply at a loss for words.
This gets a 10 from me.

Thanks, that cheered me up :) though i know you're probably comparing to some of his bottom dwelling shots (everybody has got some of those!). Anyway, thanks again. Now, on with another tribute challenge! I've got just about decided on who I wanna attempt to emulate this time! :D
