maybe "ackurit" means "bull s**t" in his or her native language.
then the line "psychic 99.9 percent bull s**t" is just honest advertising. |

After extensive research, I have found the following:
ackurit (adj)-- ack - from an obscure little known Lithuanian dialect meaning Yak or Oxen., Urit, old Sanskrit term for bird droppings that land on you or someone near you. In the event of such bird dropping, the others would point and yell "You're it" or Urit. The 2 words combined, ackurit, is used specifically describe the old traveling entertainers that specialized in fortune telling around the late 1700s.
