hahahhaa
Did you see the output of the images????
6048 x 4032 [L]
I'm happy that the D3x takes FX and DX lenses but they made it slower than the D3
And did you just call our baby camera a hoe?

I reckon your Mattel Barbie Camera on EBay would just about cover the costs of a D3X... |

HAHA then I would have to pay 6 for shipping it to ya. Over all I would end up paying you to take it. Besides I'm sure that daddy's little girl would like to have it someday.

I didn't see much improvement over the D3 other than Megapixels. It seems like a slow D3 to me, maybe i looked over some major issues of improvement.

The ability to use the FX or DX format is one.

Do you mean "at all" or with acceptable megapixels on the DX? Because I am fairly sure both the D700 and D3 support both DX and FX lenses, the formally at 6.x mp the latter at the full 12.x mp. DX format at 6.x mp and the FX format at 12.x mp.

Imagine how much extra hard disc space you would need if each of the FX files is around 50 mb uncompressed. Heavens. I struggle with the files from the D300. |

1Tb discs are quite cheap now as are 16GB cf cards, of which you can put two in it.

What you overlook is that the D3 is the competitor of the 1D and the D3x the competitor of the 1Ds.

I know it's cheap, I have several TB of disc space myself, but it fills up fast. I was just imagining how quickly you would fill it with files twice the size of the D300.

I was just expecting a much lower price point :/. still a canon guy anyway but i thought it would show a great increase in the availablility of extremely high numbers of pixels in full frame sensors to the general market. |
