How about for the exclusive open challenge
Entertaining
No real details since there are all kinds of entertaining.
Dull
The kind of opposite of entertaining and all kinds of ways to express it.
It was just a thought because today is really "dull" for me so I am spending a lot of time here looking for "entertainment". HAhhahaha.

Here are the definitions for dull and I think they bring a lot of possibilities?
1. not sharp; blunt: a dull knife.
2. causing boredom; tedious; uninteresting: a dull sermon.
3. not lively or spirited; listless.
4. not bright, intense, or clear; dim: a dull day; a dull sound.
5. having very little depth of color; lacking in richness or intensity of color.
6. slow in motion or action; not brisk; sluggish: a dull day in the stock market.
7. mentally slow; lacking brightness of mind; somewhat stupid; obtuse.
8. lacking keenness of perception in the senses or feelings; insensible; unfeeling.
9. not intense or acute: a dull pain.
I might as well add the ones for entertain to (or entertaining).
1. to hold the attention of pleasantly or agreeably; divert; amuse.
2. to have as a guest; provide food, lodging, etc., for; show hospitality to.
3. to admit into the mind; consider: He never entertained such ideas.
4. to hold in the mind; harbor; cherish: They secretly entertained thoughts of revenge.
5. Archaic. to maintain or keep up.
6. Obsolete. to give admittance or reception to; receive.

Hmmm. Here's my .02 CDN. Abstract ideas like these sound good, but what's dull/entertaining for one person could be seen in wholly the opposite light by another.
Say for example I submitted a shot of someone reading a book in Entertaining. To me, reading is entertaining. To anyone who doesn't read, it's dull. On my part, I simply don't do the whole automatic 'awww cutesy-ootsy' reaction to most shots of babies/kids, so a cutesy shot of a child/baby doing something that the parents see as entertaining would not necessarily resonate as such with me.

Too vague, these type of subjects can be interpreted a billion ways and that means a ton of DNMC comments.
I don't like repetition so...
