I am not receiving any PM's from here. My email address is correct, my junk is not junking it, it isnt on the blocked list.
Anyone know what I am not doing right here? |

Next thing, check your junk mail filter? Do you automatically delete suspected spam? Has DPC somehow gotten on your spam list? |

There's probably a place where you set the filters. It may be a button or link on the page where you turn the filters on. |

I am having the same problems - is there a place to view pm's on here that have been sent (like an archive / history) of what should have been forwarded to personal email?

Didn't get it.....Sounds like there might be more to this. Now I think about it, I haven't received the weekly update email either...?
edit; just checked the preferences page, it's checked?

Your filters may be set up to ignore everything unless you specify an exception. In this case, if dpchallenge.com is not listed then all email from this site will be considered spam.
You need to find the list where you either specify what to filter or what to allow. |
