did you know if you're a member of dpc, if you type your name
in google search, your profile comes up. horrors

| I do believe that was intentional... If memory serves, the creators of the site had made attempts at getting pages indexed, particularly for the benefit of people who are selling prints. |

| Hehe if I post my real name russians are first, even if I joined photoforum.ru after I joined dpc by alot of months, that is first, usefilm is second than dcprints. I also joined usefilm alot later than dpc so I think dpc could use a search engine optimization :). |

I was shocked the first time I typed in pink gladiolas and my DPC photo was the top result!!! :)

My username came in 31st.
What worried me was my age. About a week ago, after a thread on ages, I changed mine to 83. The google search page's page summary still has the old information from last week. How long does it take for Google to update their records? |

How long did it take you to get to 83? :>)
I found the information under my user name. Yes, profile and all. And found that if I typed in any of my Challenge titles, it would (eventually) came up. Complete with comments. Nice way to pass pictures on to friends. Kind of fun.
Glad I didn't post my age! :>( |
