I use RAW format and use Silkypix to edit the pictures some. That software allows you to change the white balance settings. Is this legal to use in basic editing?

as long as the adjustment is applied to the entire image, and not a selected portion of it. it is legal.

I'll assume that it's a global change. Not really sure how to check that. Thanks for your response!
