Very cute, thanks for sharing.
That would so never happen in my house. The shepherds would be fine with the chicks, but Coconut the cat (aka the great white hunter) would make short work of them. Or maybe not - she never bothered the lovebird. However, she thinks the new corgi puppy is a giant hamster and is determined to get him. |

Lol, that would have been my dog. He so terribly wanted to be friends with Beck's mice but one good lick would have drowned them. He thought every living creature was automatically his friend, so we had to be careful around animals big enough to kill him with a kick to the skull.
The cat was another matter. She didn't like ANY creatures other than half a dozen humans. The dog was scared of her and rightly so.
eta; btw, it's only 1pm and FAR too early for cuteness :P

lol cute. our chicks from this year are huge now. they have taken over all of our naighbors yards as well lol |
