85mm 1.8 is on the way, I'm pretty pumped. I'd been using the 50mm, but its focusing is pretty horrid. I'm doing a bunch of senior portraits and I needed a better lens, so I can't wait to get this one.

The 85 is one of the great lenses... focus is fast. If someone super-glued that lens to my camera, it would not be the end of the world at all.

The 85mm f1.8 is a great lens, assuming that the 85mm f1.2 is out of the budget. |
