The Friends of the Fairfax County Animal Shelter (a 501(c)(3) charitable organization upon whose Board I serve) is selling 2009 calendars here: FFCAS calendar link.

I took the pictures and created the cover art :-) All proceeds go to the FFCAS. Mostly we've spent money this year on extra medical bills, like a cart for a young Shih Tzu with a paralyzed rear, and half the cost of hip replacement for a 1.5 year old Great Pyrenees who was crippled by dysplasia. Sometime soon I need to get those blurbs on the FFCAS.org website, but meanstwhile I can assure you the money is well spent, and our tax returns will be available from the IRS once we file them so people can check that we really do spend most of our money for the benefit of the animals.
