First Senior Portrait Session - DPChallenge Forums

Hey All,

Quick story of how this came about and some request for critique. This afternoon my wife and I were walking through a local garden taking pictures and we happened upon a family taking senior pictures of their daughter with a point and shoot. My amazing wife looks at me and says "you should offer to take some pictures for her." So I stumbled into a senior portrait rep. :) So these were my favorites of just over 40 shots taken in a quick 30 minute impromptu session.

Canon 40d 70-200L 2.8IS with 580 exII and GF Lightsphere (which I just got and love). They are untouched so feel free to give critique on shooting style and composition as well as give me some PP ideas as I will certainly be doing on anything the family wants or I want to grace my website.

They all look really good. Fantastic job on such a short and spur of the moment notice. Looks better than alot I have seen around my town with the shots carefully planned out.
