I am still waiting for the Street Photography Challenge Outtakes. I see all other recent challenges have outtakes except that one. How is it determined that there will be an outtake? And who decides that there will be an outtake on a particular challenge and what criteria need to be in place before an outtake get's initiated?

| Because Street Photography hasn't finished voting yet. Outtake threads are programmed to start at the end of voting. |

Aaarghh of course.. I just woke up and actually just after posting my stupid question realised that the challenge was not over yet and quickly tried to cancel this post but you beat me to it with your answer
