I may have sold my first photo ever and possibly a second one to follow it. The customer is now asking me to e-mail them an invoice and the high res version. (It's a city agency, so I think I can trust them to pay.) Anyway, can someone give me an example of how to invoice this? I'll probably send it to them as a PDF, but I need to know what to include.
This makes it worth getting beat up in all the challenges here. WooHoo!! |

Lucky you! Congrats... Best I got from a "City" job was "roll-over" credit.
Let me know what you think.
Go to this link, then scroll down halfway to - "Zoning Ordinance document in pdf format". If you roll-over the small image, I have roll-over credit for the design. If you actually click the "pdf" file, you can view full size.

It's not much, but it's credit. I had to open it in IE to see it. I have a script blocker in FF that didn't allow the rollover to come up. I'll let you know where you can look for my shot(s) once the deal is done, since you and Kat are local to me you will possibly run across it. (This may use up my 15 minutes of fame.)
I found some invoice templates in MS Publisher that should suffice. I think the appropriate use for this money will be to pay off the remainder of what I owe Conn's for my camera. |
