How can I find out how many actuations my Canon Rebel 350D has had?

Does it show a report somewhere on the camera, or do I just try to tell from the name of the picture dscxxxx.jpg?

| I just look at the file numbers, unless you have reset them, that ought to be the amount of shutter activations. |
