Hello,
Please look at this.
I was taking some doggie pic today and noticed this strange line in my dogs' retina. Does anyone know what this cold be? It showed up in every pic.

| Does it look exactly the same in every shot, or does it shift slightly? It looks a bit like mucus. I've seen my dogs with something similar, and it wipes away easily. Is it possible that the dog was scratched by a cat? Although i would think a scratch would be vertical rather than horizontal. You can test his vision by bringing a toy or something up on that side from behind his head, and seeing if he reacts differently than when you do it on the opposite side. |

Thanks...I just checked and she can see out of it.
I took several pics and they are identical. Although I took them only a few secs apart.
I think I'll take her to the doc on wednesday. |
