| Can't figure out why all my thumbnail images show on my laptop but not my PC. They were all downloaded the same. |

| I have seen some situations where a firewall will block some images. Is there anything unique about the way you are protecting the PC vs the laptop? |

| My Portfolio and also voting. I can bring them up when I click on the title. My PC has Norton Firewall protection however my laptop doesn't. I will try to check the setting on the firewall however it seems weird that some show and some don't when they are all jpg files. |

I don't know why this happens but my son has the same firewall on his system and when I visit him and check in to DPC the same thing happens. When he turns the firewall off, the thumbnails show fine.
I frankly feel that firewalls are a waste and a pain in the *** unless you set a system up to be accessed from the outside. Most people do not and should not. |

Are you using any kind of internet ad/spam blocker, like Norton Internet Security or equivalent?
If so, check out this thread. You need to whitelist a couple DPC addresses because depending on the size of the uploaded challenge entry, the thumbnail dimensions can equal the size of common ads, and are blocked by such programs. |
