I just had a potential client contact me from the Ft. Benning area about an OCS graduation event going on. It's 172 people that will be graduating on the second day of the whole thing but on the first day it will be a dinner event. How should I charge the event and provide the photos?

sorry, removed the images... although they should have been tagged as adult content so the thumbs would not display...
