If i want to display my photos on a website, should i put a watermark on the pics to stop them being used by other people? Or is the fact that they are small file size good enough?
What do you guys do?

a water mark can be easily removed in Photoshop. what I do is size the photos so they are basically usless except for web display.
you cant stop someone from using your photos unless you catch them then ask them to remove them from their site.

you can put a big copyright over the middle of the photo, set at a low transparency level... that way you can still see the image, but the copyright would be hard to remove. plus you should also size it real small, at like 640x480, to prevent the image being used anywhere else. since it's at websize tho, someone could always put it on another webpage.
