A friend of mine is going to Japan next week, and i want to check prices of some Canon lens in Jp and see if it´s worth to ask her for bring me some.

So, does any one know a site (in english) to check them?

I'm afraid that you're out of luck.

The big 4 - Sakura, Bic Camera, Yodobashi Camera and Kitamura - don't have English pages on their websites.

If you want to know the price of any particular lens, just ask me here, or
run any of these sites through a web-based translation programme.

Thank you Koriyama, i'm in, and is not so hard to understand.
By the way, they are much more expensive than US and Mexico¡

One thing you should know is about the points system they use. Most prices include around 15% in points. These points are useable from the following day. So, if you buy a lens for 50,000 yen, you can buy something else the following day for 7,500.

There are places in Akihabera which offer tourists direct deals, but they play on that lack of knowledge and keep their prices high.
